Welcome to Tilt & Flipper. By entering our venue and playing our games, you agree to follow these house rules. We strive to maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all arcade enthusiasts and guests. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave if their behavior disrupts the experience of others or threatens the safety of our staff and equipment.

Our vintage arcade cabinets and pinball machines are authentic, rare pieces of gaming history. We ask that you treat them with the utmost respect.

• Please do not hit, kick, or roughly handle the machines, joysticks, or flipper buttons.
• Drinks must be kept off the glass and control panels at all times. Please use the designated drink stands provided near the machines.
• If a machine malfunctions or swallows a token, please notify a staff member rather than attempting to fix it yourself.
• Any intentional damage to the games or venue property will be billed to the responsible party.

We serve a full menu of food and drinks. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. You are welcome to enjoy your snacks and drinks at our designated tables or seating areas to help us keep the gaming floor clean and safe from spills.

When reserving our venue for a private party or group event, a deposit is required to secure the date and time. Cancellations made within the notice period specified in your booking agreement may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Final guest counts and specific food orders must be confirmed prior to the event date as outlined in your booking confirmation.
